Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications for the CMS and website ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flow definitions within the CMS.
• Define the CMS product vision and assist in the development of product roadmaps.
• Lead Scrum team activities to ensure capabilities remain in-scope, on-time, and high quality.
• Facilitate business requirement, process, and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation libraries, including repositories, maintenance, and updates.
• Coordinate with users to document requirements and lead project teams through business user acceptance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to define systems scope, objectives, and process flow definitions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Advanced communication and training abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of web technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with content modeling and metadata strategy in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Exposure to Confluence or similar project management tools.
