Description

You will own the functional solutioning and analysis for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations within the insurance domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design functional solutions for AEM, ensuring alignment with business goals and UX standards.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements or new features within AEM.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and verifying solution quality.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of IT experience, with 4 to 5 years specifically in AEM functional business analysis.
• Strong understanding of AEM capabilities: Sites, Assets, Workflows, Templates, and Integrations.
• Proven experience implementing AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience working within the insurance domain (life, health, or P&C).
• Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent skills in communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead solutioning discussions and guide cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert Business Practitioner or other AEM certifications.
• Familiarity with AEM integrations like CRM, analytics, or target marketing platforms.
