Description

Lead the migration and integration of marketing systems to AEM Cloud while supporting existing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and translate them into detailed functional specifications and use-case documents.
• Bridge communication between PM, QA, development, and client stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage workflow configurations, taxonomy definitions, and business process redesign.
• Lead testing efforts by designing and executing test scripts and scenarios.
• Conduct training sessions and organize demos to showcase deliverables across client teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions including Adobe AEM Forms, Magento, Target, Analytics, AEP, and Campaign.
• 2+ years of experience implementing web content management applications.
• Proficiency in agile methodology.
• Experience creating workflow diagrams and performing gap analysis.
• Strong ability to interface with developers, design teams, and QA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
