Description

You will bridge business needs and AEM technical implementation, owning requirements, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for AEM implementations.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify pain points and propose efficiency improvements.
• Translate business requirements into AEM-specific solutions, creating functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
• Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures based on defined needs.
• Define test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
