Description

You will bridge the gap between investment business users and technology teams to implement functional system requirements for AEM-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business activities to define requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology organization to ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop high-level test plans and review test cases.
• Oversee software implementation and maintain business documentation and training materials.
• Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLX) and provide application and production support for investment systems.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) covering authoring, publishing, workflows, tagging, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in running SQL queries to analyze and troubleshoot data issues.
• Experience working as a member of an Agile scrum team.
• Strong understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid grasp of technical architecture and investment business processes.
• Competency in Software Development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, Marketo, Campaign, or Workfront.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
