 12+ years of software engineering experience.

 8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.

 3+ years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.

 Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AEM migration programs.

 Should have fair understanding of Adobe experience cloud Products like  Adobe analytics , Adobe target, AJO, AEP, CDP

 Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.  Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
