You will support and maintain production systems involving AEM and related enterprise solutions.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot production environments for AEM and enterprise software suites.
- Manage and maintain integrations with document management systems.
- Provide operational support for enterprise software suites.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT support or engineering.
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Sitecore.
- Proficiency with RightFax.
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) and DMS Web Services.
- Working knowledge of DocuSign and Enterprise Docu Lake.
