Description

Lead development within the AEM ecosystem, owning code quality and architectural integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop clean, high-quality code using established patterns.
• Conduct pair programming and thorough code reviews.
• Execute unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
• Manage tasks and bugs using JIRA and Confluence.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Java Content Repository API.
• Hands-on experience with AEM tools: Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, CRXDE.
• Deep understanding of OSGi and Declarative Services.
• Experience with Maven and Git.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ExtJS, jQuery).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
