Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of software development experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives across product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, GIT, NodeJS, and modern front-end development practices
Demonstrated full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systems
Hands-on experience implementing Adobe Web SDK (alloy.js) and client-side data layer patterns in production environments
Experience with tag management concepts, event-driven analytics, and data governance for digital properties
Experience optimizing web instrumentation for performance, reliability, and scale
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities and product roadmaps
