Description

You build and maintain custom AEM components and intelligent content solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reusable AEM components using HTL, Sling Models, and JCR.
• Integrate AI models, content personalization metadata enrichment, and predictive recommendations into AEM workflows.
• Optimize AEM performance through caching, indexing, and publishing strategies.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AI/ML teams to deliver intelligent content solutions.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.4 or later development.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatcher.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, Maven, and Git.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML services into AEM environments.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Microsoft integrated environments (Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Graph API).
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as Azure AI, OpenAI, or TensorFlow.
• Exposure to headless CMS and SPA frameworks.
