Lead AEM development initiatives and technical direction in an Agile environment while executing core development tasks and maintaining code quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead AEM development initiatives and define technical direction.
• Execute software development tasks using core technologies.
• Maintain code quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to manage delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to drive development within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 3+ years of experience as an AEM Lead.
• 7+ years of experience with Java, .Net, or Swift.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
