Description

You will own the development, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager environments. You integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components using Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Social.
• Configure and maintain AEM workflows, user management, and group policies.
• Optimize AEM application performance by tuning threads, heap memory, and garbage collection policies.
• Implement frontend optimizations including FEO, JS/CSS minification, and responsive design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep knowledge of AEM Core components: Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
• Strong Java background with OSGi, JSP, and Servlets.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with Sightly (AEM templating language) and CoralUI/TouchUI.
• Experience integrating Adobe Marketing Cloud components (Target, Analytics, Campaign).
• Ability to fine-tune application performance using application profilers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building responsive mobile experiences.
