This role involves developing and maintaining solutions within the CRM Analytics platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and address business, functional, and technical requirements with the CRM Analytics team.
- Design solutions and provide insights by leveraging hands-on CRM Analytics experience.
- Translate business requirements into optimized, well-architected CRM Analytics solutions.
- Develop data flows, recipes, datasets, lenses, and dashboards for decision-making.
- Perform data integration between CRM Analytics, Salesforce, and external systems.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics.
- Proven expertise in analytical solutions.
- Strong command of SQL/SAQL.
- Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building.
- Familiarity with JSON and Einstein Analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM Analytics Admin and Permissions.
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
