Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Engineer with strong Java development skills to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM development, frontend components, backend services, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Develop AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
Work with Touch UI and Classic UI for AEM development.
Build backend services using OSGi, Sling Models, JCR, and WCM APIs.
Implement workflows, event handlers, schedulers, and Sling jobs.
Integrate AEM with external APIs and authentication systems.
Configure and manage Dispatcher caching and Apache setup.
Optimize page performance and query execution.
Support CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and production deployments.

Required Skills
Strong Java development experience
Hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
Experience with:
OSGi, JCR, Sling
WCM APIs, Sling Models
AEM Workflows
Multi-Site Manager (MSM)
Query Builder, Indexing
Security knowledge including ACL and SSO
Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching
Build & deployment tools such as Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD
