Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Work extensively with AEM Assets (DAM), including asset management, organization, workflows, and metadata.
• Design, configure, and manage AEM Metadata Schemas and metadata models based on business requirements.
• Configure and manage User Groups, Permissions, ACLs, and access controls in AEM.
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and services.
• Develop and maintain AEM solutions using Java, OSGi, and Sling.
• Integrate AEM with other enterprise applications and third-party systems where required.
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend customization and component development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM applications and DAM-related issues.
• Collaborate with business, design, QA, and technical teams to deliver scalable AEM solutions.

Mandatory Experience

• 5–10 years of overall experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven experience working with AEM Assets (DAM).
• Hands-on experience in AEM Metadata Schema Management is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, OSGi, Sling, and permissions.
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM Cloud Service is an added advantage.
• Experience with AEM integrations and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of AEM deployment and troubleshooting practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
