Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on AEM Sites, Assets, and AEM Cloud Service.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural recommendations for AEM implementations.
• Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and solution approaches.
• Implement and support headless CMS, content management, and digital asset management solutions.
• Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Guide development teams on AEM best practices, coding standards, and deployment strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, technical troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted AEM environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on AEM capabilities and roadmap planning

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong expertise in:
  • AEM Sites
  • AEM Assets
  • AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly)
  • Java, REST APIs
  • Dispatcher Configuration
  • Content Fragments & Experience Fragments
  • AEM Workflows
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native deployment models and Adobe ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
