You will lead development efforts and manage small remote or offshore teams to deliver stable technology components.

Responsibilities

• Lead small remote or offshore teams using Agile principles to deliver error-free components.
• Execute testing and debugging across unit, system, integration, and performance levels.
• Ensure technical quality through rigorous debugging and system validation.
• Manage task and issue tracking using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AEM and CQ5.
• Proficiency in OSGi and CSS.
• Strong debugging and performance testing capabilities.
• Experience using Jira for task and issue management.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
