Description
You will lead the transition of legacy marketer workflows to Adobe Workfront/Fusion and manage channel experiences within Adobe Experience Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows in collaboration with UX designers and stakeholders.
- Customize and extend AEM functionality while integrating third-party systems via APIs.
- Optimize AEM performance by addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies.
- Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows according to project requirements and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical troubleshooting, and document system architecture and development processes.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in AEM development.
- Proven experience managing and hosting channel experiences in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to leverage core capabilities of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Experience integrating AEM with third-party platforms using APIs.
- Strong leadership skills to help build and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Adobe certifications.
- Experience with content migration and authoring processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience converting homegrown workflows to Adobe Workfront or Fusion.
