Description

Lead the transition of legacy marketer workflows to Adobe Workfront/Fusion and manage channel experiences within Adobe Experience Manager.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows in collaboration with UX designers and stakeholders.
• Customize and extend AEM functionality while integrating third-party systems via APIs.
• Optimize AEM performance by addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies.
• Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows according to project requirements and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical troubleshooting, and document system architecture and development processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AEM development.
• Proven experience managing and hosting channel experiences in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ability to leverage core capabilities of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party platforms using APIs.
• Strong leadership skills to help build and guide a team.
• Experience with content migration and authoring processes.
• Adobe certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting homegrown workflows to Adobe Workfront or Fusion.
