You will modernize external platforms to enable consistent digital messaging and engagement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain components, templates, and integrations within AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Implement Edge Delivery Services by building blocks, configuring document-based authoring, and setting up GitHub workflows.
• Extend AEM capabilities including Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, workflows, and metadata schemas.
• Develop back-end services using Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Apache Felix.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with 7+ years specifically in AEM development.
• Extensive experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Proficiency in Java, JCR, and Apache Felix.
• Strong front-end skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and JSP.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs for hybrid/headless implementations.
• Experience managing deployments via Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Maven for build process management.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, scalability, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Single Page Applications (SPA) using React or Vue.
