Description

You will lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, serving as the subject matter expert for the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive team decisions and collaborate across multiple groups to align on technical direction.
• Design and implement solutions for complex technical issues affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior engineers to build their technical capabilities and professional growth.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate overall team proficiency.
• Manage the team's performance and ensure delivery of high-quality AEM solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Deep proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with content management and digital asset management systems.
• Strong familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical defects efficiently.
• Experience leading teams and making key architectural or process decisions.
