Description

Lead front-end development for enterprise digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js.

You will own the technical direction of AEM projects, mentoring developers and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers on AEM initiatives.
• Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, and client-side libraries.
• Implement React-based Single Page Applications integrated with AEM.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver digital experiences.
• Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong proficiency with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with Java development.
• Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Adobe Target.
