Description

You will own the technical leadership and solutioning for scalable AEM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AEM solutions based on business and UX requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical designs and drive solutioning discussions.
• Lead and mentor development teams across multiple AEM initiatives.
• Implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Sling, HTL, Java, and OSGi.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems, including CRM and identity platforms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of AEM development and architecture experience, with 3+ years in a lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Dispatcher configuration, and caching strategies.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience implementing and optimizing search functionality within AEM.
• Experience implementing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for personalization.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud suite, Target, and Analytics.
• Experience working in AEM as a Cloud Service (CaaS) using Content Fragment Models and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of digital experience best practices and content modeling.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Architect or Developer certification.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and DevOps tooling.
