Description

You will manage the stability and operational lifecycle of AEM environments and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance activities including workflow purging, Tar compaction, Datastore Garbage Collection, and server upgrades.
• Collaborate with application and component teams to analyze solution designs and integration requirements.
• Design and performance tune applications to optimize API handling.
• Participate in defect triage, debugging, and end-to-end service improvement activities.
• Guide application teams on operational support standards and best practices throughout the API lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in operations or support engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep understanding of API design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a client-facing capacity.
• Bachelor's degree.
