Description

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AEM-based digital platforms. You translate business requirements and user journeys into technical features for AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AEM implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI teams to ensure scalable, high-performance delivery.
• Manage integrations with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Audience Manager.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product KPIs and user behavior to continuously optimize the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital platforms.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Hands-on understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, Target, Campaign, CDP).
• Experience managing AEM Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and AEM architecture (Sling, JCR, OSGi).
• Experience defining product roadmaps and working with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and Adobe Managed Services.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
