Description

Manage complex AEM projects from conceptual design through implementation, leading the application development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development using Agile and iterative methodologies to deliver software in progressive cycles.
• Discover business and non-functional requirements, translating them into technical work efforts and SDLC project plans.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and account management teams to validate estimates, timelines, and high-level prospect requirements.
• Manage project priorities, resource assignments, and scope changes to ensure alignment with Statement of Work (SOW) obligations.
• Oversee project budgets by ensuring accurate reporting of billable hours for client invoicing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of AEM from a UI perspective and content management.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and programs.
• Expertise in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage resource assignments and project work breakdown structures.
• Experience with SDLC project planning and requirement discovery.
• Strong client management and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
