Description

You will lead the Application Support team and own the end-to-end Problem Management Process for AEM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize the Application Support team workload and provide 3rd line support for complex applications.
• Manage the Problem Management Process, including developing activities, designing metrics, and conducting trend analysis.
• Contribute to application and infrastructure release planning, configuration changes, and scalability improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues by interacting with internal teams and external third-party vendors.
• Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning, testing, and backup/roll-back implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on AEM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of AEM 6.3 or above, including Touch UI and Sightly.
• Experience with Clientlibs and Package Manager for code and content packaging.
• Proficiency in building Java EE applications using JMS, Spring, JDBC, JCR, NoSQL, and OSGi/Felix.
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience developing web applications with modern, component-based JS frameworks like React.
• Practical experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze and debug production issues to provide resolutions or workarounds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing uncertainty and changing requirements in high-growth environments.
