POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly experienced AEM Solutions Engineer Lead with strong hands-on Adobe Experience Manager expertise and proven technical leadership experience.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling Jobs, Workflows, Java, OSGi, HTL, Dispatcher, AEM Cloud Service, and on-premises AEM deployments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of AEM development experience
Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites & Assets
Experience with Sling Jobs & Workflows
3+ years of custom application development outside AEM/Adobe Cloud
Relevant AEM certification(s)
Strong expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi & HTL (Sightly)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Experience with Dispatcher configuration, caching & performance tuning
Experience with both AEM Cloud Service and on-premises deployments
Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, Maven & Jenkins
Solid understanding of DevOps practices
Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and code reviews
Strong AEM production troubleshooting experience
Experience working in Agile environments
