Description

You will lead AEM development initiatives, providing technical direction and hands-on engineering for the AEM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, integrations, and applications for website delivery.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices in DevOps and Agile.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, and architect maintainable solutions.
• Build and support Sling Jobs, workflows, and Dispatcher configurations for optimal performance and caching.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and resolve complex production issues in AEM environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AEM development with deep expertise in AEM Sites and Assets.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly).
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience deploying to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises installations.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching techniques, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics integration.
• Familiarity with Akamai CDN and translation tools like Smartling or Transperfect.
• Experience with search engines such as Coveo or Solr.
