Description

You will maintain and support Adobe Experience Manager platforms, ensuring stable content management and digital asset operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues involving content authoring, publishing, deployment, and system integrations.
• Monitor system health and performance to proactively resolve issues before they impact users.
• Manage incidents using ITSM tools and follow established resolution processes.
• Support integrations between AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud products or third-party systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and fix bugs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system maintenance.
• Expertise in AEM modules including authoring, publish, dispatcher, replication, and user management.
• Experience with CRX2 and OAK repositories across AEM versions (6.0, 6.5, Cloud).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to diagnose root causes and communicate technical details to various audiences.
