Description

You will own the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AEM solution architecture and integration across Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and developers to deliver scalable digital experiences.
  • Define and enforce AEM development best practices, deployment standards, and performance optimization.
  • Drive the technical roadmap, including AEM upgrades, migrations, and cloud enablement.
  • Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5/Cloud Service) architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
  • Expertise in AEM Dispatcher, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud integration (Target, Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Proven ability to lead AEM implementations, perform code reviews, and define best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud hosting models for AEM.
