Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AEM components, integrations, and applications.
• Lead remote engineers and mentor developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Design and deploy mission-critical systems, including e-commerce applications, within an agile environment.
• Establish standards for performance, security, and monitoring.
• Integrate Adobe Target, Analytics, and other marketing tools for personalization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years implementing Adobe AEM 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Deep expertise in AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and Java.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and cloud deployment.
• Full stack proficiency including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, NextJS, and GraphQL.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, Micro Frontends (MFE), and software design patterns.
• Experience working with caching, message queues, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record as a senior technical design resource for frontend architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with marketing teams on personalization.
