Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AEM solutions specific to insurance business needs.
• Lead end-to-end AEM implementations, including component design and backend system integration.
• Translate insurance requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Define best practices for AEM development, deployment, and governance across platforms.
• Integrate AEM with policy administration, CRM, and analytics systems to unify customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (including Sites, Assets, and Forms).
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Expertise working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services for system integration.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEM.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes (policy servicing, claims, underwriting).
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery excellence in distributed settings.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting models for AEM environments.
