Description

Lead technical design and implementation of enterprise Adobe Experience Manager solutions for insurance platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect AEM solutions tailored to insurance business needs, including component design and backend integration.
• Lead end-to-end AEM implementations, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define and enforce best practices for AEM development, deployment, and governance.
• Integrate AEM with policy administration, CRM, and analytics systems to unify customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms).
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Expertise with RESTful APIs and SOAP services for system integration.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEM.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes (policy servicing, claims, underwriting).
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery excellence in distributed settings.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting models for AEM environments.
