Description

You will lead the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of Adobe AEM projects across front-end and back-end teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in defining application architectures and ensuring adherence to technology standards and business requirements.
• Manage AEM/DAM upgrades, migrations, and the design of end-to-end MSM sites.
• Execute migrations from AEM on-prem/AMS to AEM as a Cloud Service (aaCS).
• Configure Dispatcher, workflows, and headless implementations within Adobe AMS or Cloud Service environments.
• Oversee onsite and offshore team coordination and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical leadership and AEM implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of AEM 6.5 aaCS, AEM 6.x architecture, and Oak architecture/queries.
• Deep understanding of the Sling framework at an architectural level.
• Experience with AEM deployment options, including CI/CD and Cloud Manager.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, Jquery, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Proven track record integrating AEM with Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo, Target, Analytics, and Adobe Forms.
• Experience migrating legacy CMS like WordPress to AEM.
• Ability to integrate version control with AEM and create Maven deployment scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating accessibility configurations with EqualWeb plugins.
• Knowledge of DTM and Adobe Experience Cloud product integrations.
