Description

Lead the technical design, implementation, and migration of Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AEM solutions, driving migrations from AEM 6.x to AEMaaCS.
• Define development best practices, CI/CD automation, and automated testing approaches.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members while removing development roadblocks.
• Leverage GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and CodeWhisperer to accelerate development and enforce code quality.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years specifically in AEM.
• Proven experience with AEMaaCS-based development and migration projects.
• Deep understanding of modular AEM architecture, OSGi services, Sling models, and custom component development using HTL/Sightly and JSP.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x and GenAI technologies.
• Expertise in AEMaaCS DevOps, dispatcher configurations, and cloud-native practices.
• Experience with automated content migration to AEMaaCS using tools and scripts.
• Proficiency in integrating AEM with RESTful and SOAP APIs, external systems, and third-party services.
• Knowledge of AEM workflows, user/role management, and multilingual/I18N capabilities.
• Ability to ensure delivery meets non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and security.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified AEM Lead Developer or Architect.
• Exposure to personalization, Adobe Analytics, Launch, and Adobe Target.
• Experience with eCommerce integration (headless and non-headless) and hands-on API development.
