Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Experience Manager web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
• Develop AEM templates and components while implementing products as part of monthly application releases.
• Collaborate with business and technical leadership to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Partner with clients, developers, system administrators, and product owners to build products.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AEM and AEM Cloud Service development and implementation.
• Proficiency in infrastructure setup, configurations, and internal system integrations.
• Strong understanding of AEM component and template development.
• Experience with Java and SQL.
• Ability to design and implement AEM Cloud Service solutions.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily scrums, and retrospectives.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe AEM certification.
• Experience in Healthcare or PBM industries.
