Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Experience Manager web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
• Develop AEM templates and components for monthly application releases.
• Collaborate with business and technical leadership to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards for efficiency and reuse.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, daily scrums, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AEM and AEM Cloud Service development and implementation.
• Proficiency in infrastructure setup, configurations, and internal system integrations.
• Experience with AEM web and mobile solution deployment.
• Strong understanding of coding standards for readability and reuse.
• Ability to work closely with clients, system administrators, and product owners.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe AEM certification.
• Healthcare or PBM industry experience.
