Lead solution and integration design for large-scale digital transformations using AEM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and integration development using a phase-wise deployment approach.
• Translate business requirements and IT strategy into scalable, sustainable solution designs by collaborating with SMEs and Enterprise Architects.
• Produce high-quality Technical Architecture Documentation (TAD) and maintain a repository of reusable design artifacts.
• Review data, integration, and security designs to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Drive design integrity workshops and balance strategic fit with project-specific needs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in solution design.
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with AEM 6.x.
• Proven experience integrating AEM with CRM, databases, and middleware platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud integration, specifically Launch/DTM, Target, AAM, and Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of integration approaches, caching strategies, and front-end framework integrations.
• Experience with Internationalization/localization via 3rd party translation integrations, MSM, and Search Implementation.
• Experience delivering complex digital transformations in an agile environment.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and experience working with offshore teams in India.
