Description

Lead technical delivery and architecture for AEM solutions across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engagements.
• Translate business requirements into high-level design documents and architectural solutions.
• Lead project planning, code reviews, status reporting, and team coordination within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Design and implement AEM solutions adhering to SEO and accessibility standards.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including use case documentation and test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or architectural roles.
• Deep knowledge of AEM 6.5, JCR API, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, jQuery, and JSON.
• Proficiency with Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar, and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless features, and AEM Cloud Service.
• Ability to use Business Analysis modeling tools (Activity Diagrams, Process Flows, State Diagrams).
• Experience with MSM and DevOps architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Adobe AEM Architect.
• Integration experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
