Description

You will design and deliver engaging user experiences for enterprise web platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Design reusable and scalable AEM components, templates, and page layouts aligned with brand guidelines and Global Design System.
• Collaborate with AEM developers to ensure design-to-build accuracy from Figma to production.
• Support Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and modular design patterns.
• Provide UX guidance during AEM development, QA, and release cycles while ensuring WCAG 2.1+ compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design.
• Hands-on experience designing AEM-based websites or digital platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component-based UX architecture.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers and AEM development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
