Description

You will design and govern end-to-end data architectures for Adobe Experience Platform, specializing in Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement AEP technical roadmaps, including streaming/batch ingestion, XDM schema design, and data governance.
• Translate marketing use cases into technical blueprints, overseeing identity resolution and profile integrity.
• Integrate AEP with upstream and downstream systems, including Adobe Experience Manager, CRM, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Establish standards for segmentation, data privacy compliance (GOPR/CCPA), and AI-driven personalization.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, Martech, or data architecture.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, specifically Real-Time CDP.
• Deep knowledge of XDM, SQL (Query Service), REST APIs, and Web Sockets.
• Proven ability to create technical roadmaps and lead complex implementations.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution strategies and data privacy regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certifications in RT-CDP, AJO, or CIA.
