Description
You will develop and support marketing automation and data integration workflows across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop and troubleshoot AEP integrations, including XDMS schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Design and maintain cross-channel journeys and workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Resolve production incidents, campaign failures, and data flow issues through root cause analysis and log inspection.
- Handle platform deployments and configuration updates across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically schema, segment configuration, and data troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and data flow troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues across AEP, AJO, and ACC.
- Understanding of WebSDK, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Knowledge of deployment processes, version control, and environment promotion strategies.
- Experience in campaign support and incident management.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Certifications in AEP, AJO, or Campaign Classic.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and data privacy principles.
