Description

Develop and support marketing automation and data integration workflows across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot AEP integrations, including XDMS schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design and maintain cross-channel journeys and workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Resolve production incidents, campaign failures, and data flow issues through root cause analysis and log inspection.
• Handle platform deployments and configuration updates across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically schema, segment configuration, and data troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and data flow troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues across AEP, AJO, and ACC.
• Understanding of WebSDK, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Knowledge of deployment processes, version control, and environment promotion strategies.
• Experience in campaign support and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certifications in AEP, AJO, or Campaign Classic.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and data privacy principles.
