Description

You will develop and lead customer journey implementations using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map customer journeys across Email, Mobile Push, and SMS channels.
• Build and maintain marketing assets including emails, web pages, and templates.
• Implement personalization logic within customer communications.
• Manage data analysis and reporting related to AEP and AJO usage.
• Oversee customer channel implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Customer Journey mapping.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Direct experience implementing AEP and AJO.
• Experience building emails and web pages.
• Knowledge of email deliverability practices, including IP warming.
• Strong background in customer channel implementation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in current or previous roles.
