Description

You will own the RTCDP project lifecycle, coordinating delivery between stakeholders and technical teams.

Manage and update RTCDP projects in Workfront, aligning Jira epics and stories with cross-functional teams. Maintain daily project plans, proactively tracking tasks, risks, and deadlines. Organize and lead meeting cadences, including grooming calls, and distribute action items and summaries. Maintain SharePoint sites with up-to-date project documentation, enablement materials, and meeting recordings. Provide regular status updates to executive steering committees, project teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience.
• Direct experience managing RTCDP projects.
• Proficiency with CDP (Customer Data Platform) workflows.
• Knowledge of digital marketing environments.
• Experience with AEP (Adobe Experience Platform).
• Hands-on use of Workfront for project management.
• Experience managing tasks and stories within Jira.
• Proficiency in SharePoint for documentation management.

Preferred Skills

• Effective communication via Slack and Microsoft Teams.
