Description

You will lead systems engineering efforts through the full development lifecycle, from requirements management to flight testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements traceability and evolution throughout the system development cycle.
• Allocate requirements to subsystems and coordinate engineering efforts.
• Evaluate system performance thresholds and provide technical direction.
• Develop instrumented flight test vectors and data acquisition protocols.
• Provide weekly status updates on system development progress and requirements burn down.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Proficiency in Matlab.
• Experience managing requirements traceability and evolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in small teams with shared duties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Simulink, Ansys, or Solidworks.
• Exposure to Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) systems.
• Knowledge of Modeling Simulation & Control and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
