Description

You will manage manufacturing planning and process documentation for aircraft component production.

Responsibilities

• Create and rewrite manufacturing work instructions, including installation processes, procedures, specifications, and quality inspections.
• Interpret customer specifications and update Bills of Material (BOM) to meet engineering and planning standards.
• Execute ROS conversions in SAP, including creating, revising, and viewing Material Masters and using various T-Codes.
• Analyze engineering drawings, Catia models, OEM parts lists, and standard specifications to review SAP long text.
• Develop graphic work instructions, assembly methods, manufacturing datasets, and tooling requirements following established routing orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, tooling, production, and quality teams to ensure products meet schedules and specifications.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically Creating and Revising Material Masters.
• Experience with Material Master data management and viewing/displaying material for reference.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and Catia models.
• Knowledge of OEM parts lists and standard aerospace specifications.
• Experience developing manufacturing process flows and routing sequences.
