Description

Support the MiTreas legacy conversion project as a senior-level analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using Waterfall and Agile methodologies to identify business processes and IT solution integrations.
• Facilitate working sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex technical information.
• Write, modify, and review system documentation, artifact reviews, and project management documents.
• Manage change control by validating Local and Enterprise Change Board documents and ensuring proper documentation for system architecture changes.
• Oversee defect tracking logs, validate test data and results, and differentiate between defects and new requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proven experience working within Agile environments.
• Ability to lead working sessions and present to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining detailed system documentation.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage project artifacts.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process identification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, onsite in Dimondale, MI, 2x per week.
• Bachelor's Degree.
