Description

Design and build AI agents and generative AI applications that automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, reusable AI frameworks and deploy models into production using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Integrate AI solutions with core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and TMS platforms.
• Develop generative AI applications and agent workflows to solve complex business challenges and drive process improvement.
• Implement MLOps and DevOps practices, managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring security and ethical standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI techniques and prompt engineering.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML/GenAI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of MLOps/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipeline tools.
• Ability to model complex business processes and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration and business automation.
• Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks and autonomous workflows.
